Subject: [ruby-talk:5032] call for tester, and InstallShiled user.

Hi,

I made a package: pre-built ruby-1.6.0 [mingw32] based install-kit.
Now, it is still based on preview-version. I'll remake it in a few days.

Unfortunately, the packager "InstallShield Express" is Japanese version.
I want anybody to re-package by English version.
