Hi,

Now we have

arr.slice( anInteger ) -> anObject 
arr.slice( start, length ) -> aSubArray 
arr.slice( aRange ) -> aSubArray 

so why not

arr.slice( anArrayWithIndices ) -> aSubArray 

so that [2,4,6].slice([0,2]) # -> [2,6]?

At least I use it pretty frequently and usually redef Array#slice... ;-)
