There is no warning on
 ruby 1.6.6 (2001-12-26) [i686-linux]
 ruby 1.6.7 (2002-03-01) [i686-linux]

In order to prevent warning
insert
     $INSTALLFILES = ''
before
     create_makefile(mod_name)
