The original Japanese source is ISBN4-7561-3254-5, written by
Matsumoto Yukihiro and Ishitsuka Keiju, Published by ASCII in Japan 1
Nov 1999.  The actual edition I am using to check and edit the
translation is a Xerox of the 1st edition, 3rd printing, 1 Feb 2000.

To add to Dat's question, what Ruby version is the basis for this?
(This info is probably in the front matter or Ch1 of the book, but I
haven't received that yet.)
