I have changed the translation of 引数 (hikisuu) to 'arguments' except
in conjunction with blocks where it refers to something between
vertical bars (||). There is shall be 'block parameters' as Matz
suggests.

BTW, could someone tell me what "IIRC, original chapter 2" refers to
and where it is located?
