Erik,

  there's is one already actually:  Ruby-Wise (see RAA) it is under
development by the great Kero van Gelder. also Ruby-Wise has moved to a
central position in GUtopIa development. so many exciting things are
happening on this front.

  a Ruby based Desktop sounds very interesting. and is something i would
very much like to participate in, when the time is right. but currently
we have to pan out the lower level stuff first.

i wonder if Matju would be interested in working with Kero on Wise?
