Subject: no echo gets on mswin

From poking around, there doesn't seem to be a way to do this. Termios was
mentioned, but that seems to be *nix only (the .c build was expecting a
termios.h on my os).

Any Windows peoples out there know a way to pull this off with a Win32API
call from Ruby or somesuch?
