No, AFAIK.  Word 'official' did not make sense to me...

Do you want some stability or availability of a site?
Since Tiki (and RWiki) are still under development, no
availability is expected IMO.

Do you mean THE wiki for Ruby-authorized?  matz, how
do you think?

Aside from above site,  I am going to open new RWiki
site in few days.  Of cource it is not the official one.
