FYI: To run RWiki, you also have to get packages below:

For installation:
1. Get RWiki and above packages.
2. Extract all packages.
2.5 Install RDTool (You might need to install also Racc and
  OptionParser in RAA.)
3. Create rwiki/lib directory.
4. Copy erb/lib/*, drb/lib/* and mutex/* to rwiki/lib.
5. Change configs in rwiki.rb and rw-cgi.rb.
6. rw-cgi.rb is used via CGI.  Copy rw-cgi.rb to
  cgi-able (ex. cgi-bin) directory on your WWW server.
7. Run the server.
  % cd rwiki
  % ruby -I./lib rwiki.rb&
8. Browse rw-cgi.rb.

Process 2.5 could take time...
