The following script, if run twice, segv's the second time.

     req = Apache::request
     req.status = Apache::HTTP_OK
     req.content_type = 'text/html'
     req.send_http_header

     def nil.empty?
       true
     end

     $stderr.puts "In t.rb"
     puts "Hello, world!"

This is with

     ruby 1.6.7 (2002-08-01)
     mod_ruby 0.9.9
     Apache 1.3.26
