Yes, it is possible!
But I don't know exactly how :)

With "Win32API" (see ext/Win32API) or Win32OLE (see Ruby Application
Archive) it should be possible.

Do you know how to access the registry in C/C++ with a Win32API-call ?
Or is there a OLE/COM object which could be used to access the registry ?
