Well, who wants to use a language without its standard runtime package ? I
don't see many C-based projects not relying heavily on the "/lib/libc.so"
runtime. Else, most C++ programmers rely on the "/usr/lib/libc++.so"
runtime. Those are languages in which the runtime is not mandatory. Now,
assuming you're not programming a very small PIC, what difference does it
make to be forced to use the runtime or not? You would anyway.
