From: Conrad Schneiker Date: 2000-08-25T16:10:02+09:00 Subject: [ruby-talk:4577] Missing Ruby ML --> comp.lang.ruby posts. Hi, The following items in the Ruby ML archives from the last 2 days didn't show up on comp.lang.ruby. Most Ruby ML posts from 00/08/23 are missing too. I didn't notice any omissions in the opposite direction, so this seems to be a one-way problem. (I did a power search at http://www.deja.com/home_ps.shtml for 00/08/22 and 00/08/23 to confirm that this wasn't a local news server problem on my end; their data for 00/08/24 doesn't seem to be complete yet.) 4553 00/08/23 01:52:28 [green@FreeBSD.o] Re: Process.wait bug + fix 4554 00/08/23 01:55:32 [decoux@moulon.i] Re: RFC: Ruby extension for Random numbers 4555 00/08/23 02:06:20 [Dave@thomases.c] Re: Process.wait bug + fix 4556 00/08/23 09:06:02 [matz@zetabits.c] Re: rb2c status? 4557 00/08/23 11:32:41 [green@FreeBSD.o] New feature: Process.waitall 4558 00/08/23 13:04:34 [matz@zetabits.c] Re: [1.5] rb_obj_call_init 4559 00/08/23 13:06:53 [matz@zetabits.c] Re: methods w/ ! giving nil 4562 00/08/23 17:28:47 [decoux@moulon.i] Re: [1.5] rb_obj_call_init 4563 00/08/23 21:22:49 [abel_sm@mtu-net] Continuations revisited 4564 00/08/23 21:29:38 [neumann@s-direk] Re: methods w/ ! giving nil 4565 00/08/23 23:30:27 [aleksi.niemela@] Re: What's the biggest Ruby development? 4566 00/08/23 23:49:28 [Dave@thomases.c] Re: What's the biggest Ruby development? 4567 00/08/24 00:04:05 [aleksi.niemela@] Re: What's the biggest Ruby development? 4568 00/08/24 01:48:44 [feldt@ce.chalme] Q's on Marshal 4569 00/08/24 02:16:07 [hgs@dmu.ac.uk ] Suggested patches to manual. 4570 00/08/24 02:42:40 [decoux@moulon.i] Re: Q's on Marshal 4573 00/08/24 05:21:17 [Dave@thomases.c] Re: Likely Perl6 OO will still make Ruby look great. 4574 00/08/24 08:32:13 [WmLi@ThoughtWor] Re: Tk problems in win distribution of ruby 1.4.5 4575 00/08/24 14:04:43 [wscott@ichips.i] Re: methods w/ ! giving nil 4576 00/08/24 20:45:13 [neumann@s-direk] Re: Tk problems in win distribution of ruby 1.4.5 Is there any reasonably easy way on the Ruby ML end to forward the missing posts to comp.lang.ruby? -- Conrad Schneiker (This note is unofficial and subject to improvement without notice.)
