I believe this was discussed a while back (although it might have been
an off-list discussion). If I remember correctly one of the problems
with using the Wiki as a FAQ is that it would be hard to keep it
definitive.

There other options (such as faq-o-matic) but I personally find that
ugly.

If someone wanted to write the definite FAQ tool (in Ruby, or course
:), I'd be happy to host it on RubyGarden.

Well, RubyCentral isn't really our site, so we're limited to what we
can run there. However, it'd be trivial to move the FAQ to RubyGarden.
