Can you please explain where is the difference between a support company and a one person consultants company ? In german law every independent consultant runs its own company. How many persons (consultants ?) must this company employ before you can accept them ? How can you be sure that in a 40 person company there is more then one developer that knows ruby ? And can you highlight where i can find the ISO900x paragraph that forces you to have a "company" behind a language. It think that this is one more misinterpreted feature.
