Subject: Ruby Xlib wrapper updated to use latest SWIG

I have just updated my ruby-xlib-wrap project. It is a C-wrapper
of the Xlib functions for ruby. It uses the latest version of SWIG 
and includes some enhancements. Please see the ChangeLog for details
