I just realized you meant the entire thing, not just each entry. We
can certainly do that.

We will start trying to do this post 1.6. Our problem was that we had
to establish a baseline first, and we chose 1.6 as that baseline. We
simply didn't have time to write the book to 1.4, and then update it
to 1.6 before it was released.

Our hope is that once 1.6 is announced we'll be able to track version
specific changes method by method. For example, the documentation for
'iterator?' says that the method will become deprecated. We'll be
adding more of these hints as we find them.
