Subject: Vim syntax file maintenance

Hello all,

I've just taken over maintenance of the ruby syntax file for vim.

Many thanks to Mirko Nasato for authoring the the original.

If anyone has any patches they'd like included, or any problems they'd
like to have fixed, please let me know.

Regards,
Doug
