Actually, that version is _totally_ misleading - it is 100%
wrong for Ruby 1.6.

There's a problem here: the spec changed between 1.4 and 1.6. The
current version is a dev.rubycentral.com, and reflects the new 1.6
methods. The one at www.rubycentral.com is out of date.

We'll be copying dev. across to www. at some point soon.
