I ask this periodically in hopes that
new people will see it. Forgive the

Who out there is interested in these 
topics? Other than Ralph Mason and 
arton, I mean.

I'm trying with limited success to
use Ruby as a scripting tool for the
HomeSeer home automation program. I'm
an enthusiastic user and otherwise
unaffiliated (see www.homeseer.com).
And no, there's not a Linux version. :(
