Subject: Ruby's license

It would be nice to have a templatized form of the Ruby license. The way it
is now, you have to edit it a bit to fit the particular situation when you
release a program under it. I'm thinking about the parts that say "I didn't
write it all myself, maybe you did, and that parts are under some other
license, maybe they aren't. It bothers me to edit it because (1) There is
always a chance that you will change what Matz meant and (2) There can be
creeping inconsistencies if everyone edits it.

It would be great to have a simple Ruby License generator that would handle
these situations with a fill in the blanks approach.

I also think that the license should allow people to use code under it to
automatically update the terms at their discretion if Matz updates the
license.
