I never tried this (until now :-) but it will never be as useable as the JBuilder (or any other strong typed language IDE) help. JavaScript with its classless object oriented implementation is really the worst case for an IDE. You can only offer all methods defined in this system. In Ruby you can try to catch some special cases "self.xxx or "Module:xxx" but you can give no hints on variable access. You always must offer a complete list of all methods (normally 20.000 and up). The only solution here is to go the LISP way where you can optionally declare the type of a variable.
