I tested a couple of weeks ago and I'm pretty sure a mixed format email worked. Maybe there are different kinds of mixed HTML/plaintext email formats, or my memory betrays me. :) Anyway, plaintext is the way to go. Using the form is probably the easiest way to avoid these problems (at least for the initial email, the confirmation email of course needs to be in plaintext, too). Regards, Marcus --
