Subject: how to compile .so on windows

Plese help me!
When I need compile "clean" C++ code I use following commands:
  gcc -c -fPIC name.c -o name.o
  gcc name.o -shared -o libname.so
But how to compile C-Ruby code with #include<ruby.h> and VALUE sintaxis?

I tried to compile makefile with nmake utility, but error : no ')'
