No, that's still not an array of hashes, that's a couple of
syntax errors. You are still forgetting '[', ']' and some '{' ...

_This_ is an array of hashes:

array = [
   {:id => 1, :price => 0.25}, # index[0]
   {:id => 2, :price => 0.35}, # index[1]
   {:id => 3, :price => 0.45}, # index[2]
   {:id => 4, :price => 0.55}  # index[3]
]
