*flickr_airlift* is a command line tool that comes with two binaries:

   - *flickr_uplift *bulk uploads all photos in a given directory. (here's
   an example session <https://gist.github.com/61c9b299fdbae112dc26>)
   - *flickr_airlift *scrapes all of a given user's photos. (here's an example
   session <https://gist.github.com/0cd071320f022c06dc23>)

The main updates (all for flickr_airlift):

   - Retries downloading files that exist but have no size.
   - Fixed a grammar error in the menu prompt. (grr}
