This is what we do.  We call them "mobility tests" and
append the initials to the tested class' name.

- MyClass.rb ------
class MyClass
end

- MyClassMT.rb ----
require 'test/unit'
require 'MyClass.rb'
class MyClassMT < Test::Unit::TestCase
 def testSomethingWorks
 end
end

We used to call them Unit Tests, but the name didn't seem
to fit very well.
