This outputs it into a 2D Array and displays the results to the console, 
if that helps:

require 'pp'
pp File.foreach( 'test.txt' ).map do |line|
  if line =~ /^IP: /
    line.scan( /[\d.]+/ )
  else
    nil
  end
end.compact
