I think I like it -- I've been putting my tests in separate files for a
while so it hurts my "But That's Not The Way We've Always Done It" nerve.
However, anything that combines unit tests and docs is a Good Thing.

Where would setup and teardown move to? Perhaps a rename to test_setup and
test_teardown?
