Imran,

As far as I can see, you just need to go to the project's page on Github (
https://github.com/diaspora/diaspora), read the code and see what you can
do. Then, just send a pull request. A good place to start would be the
issue tracker (https://github.com/diaspora/diaspora/issues).

I'm relatively familiar with Diaspora as I've already looked at the code
sometimes and I think its idea is awesome. Unfortunately, I couldn't
contribute due to other projects.
