Subject: ANN: REXML 2.3.1 (development)

Hello,

This release adds a VERY provisional pull parser.  WARNING: The API is not 
yet fixed!  Pull parser users, please send me feedback on this before I 
finalize the API.  I'm very open to suggestions.  Until the API stablizes, 
I won't be writing a tutorial section for it.  Check the API documentation 
for usage information.
