I use the shebang line on Window with Apache.

C:\WINDOWS> \usr\local\bin\ruby165 --version
ruby 1.6.5 (2001-09-19) [i386-cygwin]

C:\WINDOWS> \ruby\bin\ruby --version
ruby 1.6.5 (2001-09-19) [i386-cygwin]
