Subject: call to os x cgi rubites

hello everybody,
well, i've got a real headache from trying to figure out unix, cgi, and 
the ruby and ruby_mod installation onto os x/apache (being a total newby 
to all of the above). none of the doco is for os x, but other flavors of 
unix, and it's just too much for me.
so i'm giving up and hoping somebody will help out.
i'm wondering if some kind soul wouldn't mind writing out step by step 
instructions guiding me through the apache configuration, ruby 
installation, and mod_ruby installation, and then instructions for 
getting a 'hello world' script to run, on a fresh install of os x.
i'll then format any replies i get and make a tutorial for the fledgling 
mac os x ruby scripter, to post to the web. just to give a little back.
