Subject: Gem Install Nokogiri Newb

Hey guys, would really appreciate your help, I'm a complete noob with
programming.

Could someone please tell me how to install a gem on Ruby on Windows. I
am trying to install Nokogiri and have downloaded the gem.

install gem nokogiri

=> gives me the undefined local variable error
