Subject: WatirGrid or else?

I want to distribute testing tasks to diffrent machines (2-3), I am
using watir. What is the best way to achieve this? And what is the best
way to achieve this in shortest time? Need your highly valuable
experienced suggestions or any pointer. Should I go for watir grid if
yes then best place to learn it/books/tutorials/urls? Or is there any
other option?
or should I implement it from scratch.
