Subject: Gem install issues

Hi,

I'm farely new to Ruby and ma having trouble installing gems. I'm usng
Aptana 3 as IDE and have the RubyInstaller installed (which includes
Gem installation). Aptana is saying I need certain gems which I can
find on net, but cna't seem to install. I discovered they can be
installed locally and from server - niether work. What am I doing
wrong and meant to do? Thanks in advance.
