Subject: Loading linguistics module

Hi,

Can anyone please tell me how to download a module (ie
http://rubydoc.info/gems/linguistics/1.0.9/frames) and incorporate it
into Ruby running on my computer?  I really don't have an idea of how to
install into my current Ruby.  Sorry ... still learnings the basics.

Using Mac OSx and ruby 1.9.3p0 (2011-10-30 revision 33570)
[x86_64-darwin11.3.0]
