Of what i have got from various sources,
Rex is similar to Lex in C.
Rex is used in conjunction with Raac as like Lex with Yaac.
Rex performs the similar function what Lex performs, distributes the 
input into tokens.

With Rex and Raac, we can create our own compiler.
