Subject: Problem starting FXRub applications

Dear friends, 

up to now I have been working with the mswin32 version of ruby
(ruby166.0) for Windows from PragamaticProgrammers, I have tried
succesfully on W95 and Windows NT. Now I have installed W98 in my old
machine and after installing Ruby166.0, when I try to run an FXRuby
application I get this message on the console:

shutter.rbw:3:in `require': 1157: No se puede hallar uno de los
archivos de biblioteca necesarios para ejecutar esta aplicaci�n.   -
C:/RUBY/lib/ruby/site_ruby/1.6/i586-mswin32/fox.so (LoadError)
	from shutter.rbw:3

what translated into English means that the fox.so library cannot be
loaded.

I am quite confuse because I never got this problem, the opengl32 an
glu32 are installed on the system.

Can anyone help this impressed by ruby guy ?
