Subject: Strange error with net-scp gem installation

I'm using backup gem to doing some stuff but this gem requires net-scp
gem version >= 1.0.4, but I can't install this gem because nothing
happens after proceeded with the usual command:

[user@somehost net-ssh-net-scp-3e61a9b]$ gem install net-scp-1.0.4.gem
(I don't have internet access in this host, so I downloaded the gem and
I'm trying to install this locally.)

The entirely procedures are showed bellow. I tried install the lib with
success and after build a gem for myself but the error still happens.

nothing happens anymore here

Some suggestions or help in this case?
