  Thanks, I was looking at this. Unfortunately I probably can't get
nokogiri approved for use quickly(business related) . I'm going to
continue to dig a bit to see if I can at least find a solution for the
current libxml-ruby problem.

  If anyone has ideas fir libxml-ruby let me know. The GC will clean
them up. I may just put a GC.start in my process loop, as I generally
know when I am going to get a "delay" in incoming data.

  To keep "nice archives" of solutions, if I end up giving up. I will
also post that. Archives of old messages are great, I just hate it when
I see a thread "Hey thats my problem!" and there is never a follow up
like "I fixed it by doing this" or "I gave up"
