PageUp/Down navigates.  If a slide overflows (quite possible at
<1280*1024, which is what I use) tweak the font-size in the @media
projection part of presentation.css, change the zoom level, or just
scroll a bit.

The syntax highlighting is from Vim's 2html.vim (bundled with Vim).  If
anyone else wants to do something like that, I recommend setting the
following in your vimrc:

  let html_use_css = 1

That will make it use <span>'s and CSS, rather than <font> soup, which
will make it much easier to reuse fragments, change the colour scheme,
and write standards compliant pages.  Do :runtime! syntax/2html.vim to
actually generate the HTML.  :help 2html is strongly recommended.

There wasn't much magic involved in producing the page; a few vim macros
helped generate the lists, but most of the markup was done by hand.  A
few search and replaces dealt with the dodgy character encoding used on
the original document, so there might be cases where quotes or spaces
are missing.

Hal, I'll try to fix the The Ruby Way slide (69); it's of (apparantly)
indefinate length atm in fullscreen mode, and it's a bit poor anyway.  I
did try to grab the image, but IE didn't want to let me :)

Do I get a cookie?  Or at least a promise that you won't use PPT next
time? :)
