I've sent Hal the results of importing into StarOffice and exporting
as HTML.  (And I think it's actually more or less HTML, unlike
whatever that proprietary garbage is that Micros**t misleadingly
refers to, for no obvious reason, as "HTML".)

I don't know whether the results are the best obtainable... but I
wanted to mention it here just so people would know.  (I haven't
heard back from Hal yet.)
