Subject: raa.succ status?

Any ideas on the status of this?  Are we waiting on volunteers?  Do we need
hardware?  Volunteers?  A lot of good ideas came up at the first conference.

Should we ask nicely for the code running cpan.org and modify it for our
needs?

Oh, and can we change it to "raa.next" instead? :)
