Subject: [ruby-talk:03953] DLL initialization failure

I picked up a copy of:

07/10/2000 02:22PM 661,339 rbcw145.zip

off of the FTP site, and when I run it the EXE files, I get a message
saying that there is a DLL initialization failure for the Ruby DLL?
