Subject: windows.h not found, compiling 1.6.7 under  cygwin/windows 2000

Hello everybody,

I'm trying to compile ruby-1.6.7 under cygwin. Everything goes fine until this:

gcc -g -O2 -I. -I. -I/usr/include -c ruby.c
ruby.c:16: windows.h: No such file or directory
make: *** [ruby.o] Error 1

Can anyone please give me a tip on how to deal with this?
