That's what they say...I think (my internal point of view) that so many 
startups in need of programmers and Ruby developers are (at the moment) 
just located in Berlin.
It's not a reason to say that it's the only technological city but due 
to the huge quantity of startups, I would think about it if looking for 
new challenges.
