I didn’t find any solution. ENOENT generally means that it couldn't find some file it's looking for. (NOENT == NO such ENTry in the directory.) In this case it sounds like setup.rb, on line 13, couldn't find the file called --trace. Yes I realize you probably didn't mean --trace to be a filename; the problem seems to be that setup.rb doesn't realize that. Are you sure this script takes a --trace argument? Look at the code and see if it seems to be looking for such a thing.
