Subject: FXJPG bug?

Anyone have any idea why this code:

require 'fox'
include Fox
app = FXApp.new('errortest', 'eONE')
pic = FXJPGImage.new(app, File.open("ricesmall.jpg", "rb").read)

produces:

E:\rubyfile\ricePOS\bugfx.rb:4: [BUG] Segmentation fault

abnormal program termination
ruby 1.6.6 (2001-12-26) [i586-mswin32]
Completed(3)

on an mswin32 build, and produces no error on ruby 1.6.5 (2001-09-19)
[i386-cygwin]?
