I'm having exactly the same issue on a plain Linux, not Mac. Seems to be
an RVM issue. The reason why you are not having it on the other 2
systems have an older RVM.

I've successfully used **this workaround** for now:

$ cd ~/.rvm/src
$ rvm docs generate-ri
~~~

Please consider fixing the heading lines of `~/.rvm/docs` since they
seem to mis-calculate the docs path:

Line 15:
